Here are some reasons why you may not be able to track your order(s).
- Invalid/incorrect Tracking ID. (Solution: Make sure that you’ve entered a valid Tracking ID.)
- If the item has just been shipped out, it might take a few hours for it to be updated on our courier partner's website. (Solution: Wait for at least 24 hours after you receive the Tracking ID)
- If multiple items have been ordered, each order might have separate tracking information and delivery dates. (Solution: Track each order separately)
