WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED?
We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, NetBanking and Cash cards for online payments. You can also avail Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option depending upon your location.
IS THERE ANY ORDER AMOUNT LIMIT FOR A COD PURCHASE?
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs. 29,999/-, beyond which purchases can not be made.
I AM NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR OUTSIDE OF INDIA DELIVERY?
At present we Do Not deliver outside of India.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?
Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order and are delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Delivery to special zones like Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might take more time than usual.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send a confirmation e-mail once the order is dispatched from our warehouse which contains a tracking code which you can use to track your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER ON VALUECART.IN?
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order (or before the product is shipped) ONLY by calling us at +91 80395 91800.
For outright cancellations by you:
- In case you have made an online payment and you cancel the order by calling us before your product has shipped, the entire amount will be refunded to your bank a/c within 7 working days as per our payment gateway partner rules.
- In case you have chosen COD payment option and you cancel the order by calling us before your product has shipped, we will process the order cancellation from our end.
Cancellation is not possible after your product has shipped:
- It will ONLY be eligible for replacement, in case of manufacturing defects in the product.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS RECEIVED IN BAD CONDITION?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 80395 91800 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE?
We have a 7 day return policy. You just need to give us a call at +91 80395 91800, tell us what problem you are facing with the product and we will get it picked-up from you. Once it reaches us, we will confirm the problem you are facing with the phone and replace the product.
WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If the product you purchased does not match its given description or is functionally unusable, you can get back to us within 7 days and we can replace the product.
DO YOU PROVIDE A NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY?
We provide replacements for all our customers within 7 days of purchase in case there is a fault with the product, or mismatch. However, we cannot replace or refund a product in case of accidental damage by the user, or in case the product works but the user does not 'like' it.
WHAT IF AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USE, THE PRODUCT DEVELOPS SOME FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE?
All products shipped by ValueCart.in come with ValueCart Edge. For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, you can directly take your product to the manufacturer authorized service centre and get it repaired. If phone is under manufacturer warranty, it will be free of cost. If phone is not under manufacturer warranty any more or if damages are beyond the limited ValueCart Edge/manufacturer warranty, you will have to bear the cost for repairing.
